It aims to train young NEETs (Not in Education, Employment, or Training), in particular women, between 18-30 years of age, with employability skills in the four Sustainable Economy sectors: blue, circular, green economy and sustainable agriculture.
To address NEETs unemployment in the Mediterranean by tackling the following 3 aspects:

- Reinforce links between TVET(Technical and Vocational Education and Training), the private and the social economy sector
- Engage public institutions and policy-makers in providing a supportive environment for employment policies
Actions in brief
Based on previous results and adapting to the new post-pandemic era which affected mostly youth and women, CLUSTER will train NEETs on-site and on-line together with traineeship scheme, coaching and tutoring to acquire skills and work experiences needed to enter the labour market.
The capitalisation project will also promote long-lasting partnerships between TVET institutions and the private sector, and mainstream successful practices to public authorities and policy-makers with the ultimate aim of creating a supportive environment for the implementation of youth/women employment schemes.
The project’s total budget is € 1,108,162.62 and it is financed for an amount of € 997,346.36 (90%) by the EU (2014-2020 ENI CBC Med Programme) through the European Neighbourhood Instrument.Print pdf
