Main objective:
Consolidate the foundations of the competition policy adopted in Tunisia by strengthening the institutions ensuring its implementation.
Specific objective:
Support the Competition Council to acquire the legal and technical means enabling it to exercise its prerogatives effectively and efficiently in terms of regulating the functioning of the market and repression of anti-competitive practices.
