The workshop will examine the importance of #culinary #tourism in supporting local #economies and enhancing #tourists’ experiences. This interactive workshop includes learning about the history of three national #Jordanian dishes, engage in #food preparation as an interactive cultural practice, and explore various examples of #culinary tourism in Northern #Jordan.
The participants are expected to develop a guidebook that documents three #traditional local food #experiences and propose an idea for a new food experience. Training in #culinary #tourism, marketing, and #food history documentation will be provided.
The workshop will sponsor 12 young #NEETs from the participating countries and will take place between May 28 to June 10, 2022.
