The Summer School is part of the programme El Hiwar, funded by the EU, with the League of Arab States and implemented by the College of Europe.

El Hiwar focuses on strengthening dialogue, cooperation and collaboration with key regional actors involved in Euro-Arab relations, through a number of activities including institutional training courses, briefings, sectorial trainings and policy dialogues.

The Summer School will take place online from 12 to 16 July and will focus on on people-to-people matters.
