In the framework of the programme “Project to support independent bodies in Tunisia – PAII-T”, the EU Delegation to Tunisia and the Council of Europe organise a photo competition related to human rights, in partnership with the French Institute of Tunisia and the Tunisian League of Human Rights.

The contest « Let your eyes speak » is open to amateur and professional photographers from Tunisia, aged between 18 and 30 years. Applications are open until 9 May 2021. « Let your eyes speak » invites young Tunisians to defend human rights through photography. Young people will be able to feature the achievements, the challenges to be taken up and the future prospects of human rights in Tunisia.

PAII-T is a joint program between the European Union (EU) and the Council of Europe for a period of three years running from January 2019 until 31 December 2021. It aims to accompany the establishment of the independent bodies foreseen by the Constitution of 2014 as well as other non-constitutional independent authorities and to provide independent bodies with the technical, financial and logistical support necessary for thefully independent exercise of their mandates and statutory powers.
