Five companies from the Marrakech Creative Cluster gathered around the designer Giulio Vinaccia to create the Marrakech MAP collection.

The collection is made of products from the five categories that comprise the cluster: furniture, tableware, lighting, household linen and decoration.

Workshop #2 is a technical workshop where the companies and Giulio Vinaccia could fine-tune the prototypes of the collection. Once all the items are validated, a targeted marketing campaign will promote the collection which will be shown in private exhibitions and international fairs.

The Marrakesh Creative Interiors Cluster was created in the framework of Creative Mediterranean, a cooperation project funded by the EU and Italy covering seven countries (Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Palestine and Tunisia).

Creative Mediterranean supports the development of clusters in the cultural and creative industries of the countries involved, meaning geographic and strategic groupings of companies, suppliers and interconnected institutions operating in the same field. These groupings are recognized as tools of local economic development and growth. The objective is to reinforce the creativity and the competitiveness of craftsmen and SMEs members of these clusters, as well as the organisation, the commercial strategies and the access to markets for the business groups.
