During three days, participants will follow an introduction of the Sendai Framework and will do a risk analysis on floods. they will work on a scenario, based on Rasbaalbeck site and will then study the technical documents, notably those on floods in Lebanon developed by the CNRS, the French national center for scientific research and deliver an analysis of the area of intervention and of the mapping. Day 3 will be dedicated to the restitution of the work done by participants.

The overall objective of EU-funded PPRD South 3 is to contribute to increasing resilience and reducing the social, economic and environmental costs of natural and man-made disasters in the ENP South region, based on the results of the PPRD South Program and the European Union Civil Protection Mechanism (UCPM).
