Anna Lindh Foundation Board of Governors: 285 activities implemented since march

The Anna Lindh Foundation (ALF) held its 61st Board of Governors on 22 July 2020.

At the meeting, Executive Director Nabil Al-Sharif informed the ALF Governors that the Foundation has ensured the implementation of 285 activities since the outburst of the pandemic in March 2020.

Activities implemented, in the framework of the different contracts signed by the ALF and in coordination with the ALF partners and beneficiaries, include virtual debates, presentations, trainings, webinars, ALF Network activities, partnership meetings, communication and visibility supports and tools, consultation processes and Calls for project proposals.

The Anna Lindh Foundation for Inter-Cultural Dialogue promotes knowledge, mutual respect and inter-cultural dialogue between the people of the Euro-Mediterranean region, working through a network of more than 3,000 civil society organisations in 43 countries. Its budget is co-funded by the EU (€10 million) and the EU Member States (€6 million).
